Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Onion - 50 g
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 50 g
- Chicken liver - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 100 g
- Butter, melted - 5 g (1 tsp)
- Bulgur - 60 g
How to make:
- Boil the bulgur, add butter after cooking
- Preheat the oil, add the onion cut into half-moon slices
- Simmer for 3 minutes, add the liver. Cook it, turn it over several times over medium heat for about 10–15 minutes
- For the salad, cut all the vegetables, season with lemon juice
- Serve the bulgur with the salad and cooked liver
