  • Butter - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 100 g
  • Avocado - 60 g
  • Mixed green salad - 70 g
  • Shrimp, cooked - 80 g
  • Buckwheat - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Boil the grain, add butter after cooking
