Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Zucchini - 360 g
  • Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Water - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Coconut oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Radish - 80 g (16 pcs)
  • Chinese cabbage - 120 g
  • Deli chicken pieces - 200 g

How to make:

  1. Shred the cabbage, slice the onion, dice the zucchini and stir-fry for 5 minutes over a medium heat with 1 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tbsp water
  2. Cut the cooked chicken into pieces and add it to the frying pan with the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes
  3. Slice the radishes in quarters and serve with the chicken and vegetable stir-fry
