Ingredients:

  • Eggplant - 100 g
  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Zucchini - 100 g
  • Carrot - 50 g
  • Bell pepper - 50 g
  • Chickpeas, cooked - 60 g
  • Greens - 20 g
  • Salmon, baked - 200 g

How to make:

  1. Chop the vegetables, simmer together with the chickpeas in oil, then add herbs
  2. Cook the salmon in the oven or steam it. Serve with the vegetables and chickpeas
