Ingredients:
- Chia seeds - 30 g (3 tbsp)
- Almond milk - 250 ml (1 cup)
- Berries of choice - 90 g
- Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Coconut flakes - 40 g
How to make:
- Put the almond milk and chia seeds in a bowl and mix
- Leave for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time until the chia seeds have swelled
- Add the thawed berries, coconut chips and ground cinnamon to taste
