Ingredients:

  • Chia seeds - 30 g (3 tbsp)
  • Almond milk - 250 ml (1 cup)
  • Berries of choice - 90 g
  • Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Coconut flakes - 40 g

How to make:

  1. Put the almond milk and chia seeds in a bowl and mix
  2. Leave for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time until the chia seeds have swelled
  3. Add the thawed berries, coconut chips and ground cinnamon to taste
