Ingredients:

  • Chia seeds - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • Strawberry - 200 g
  • Brazil nut - 10 g
  • Soy milk - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
  • Cottage cheese, low-fat - 150 g
  • Couscous - 80 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Boil couscous
  2. Mix chia seeds with soy milk and add to the boiled couscous
  3. Sprinkle couscous with cottage cheese. Add strawberries and nuts on top
