Ingredients:

  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Whole-wheat toast - 70 g
  • Tofu - 70 g
  • Leek - 100 g
  • Pumpkin seeds - 15 g (1.5 tbsp)
  • Green peas - 70 g

How to make:

  1. Rinse peas, add water, and cook until soft
  2. When peas are almost ready, cut leeks into thin rings (the whole white and light green parts). Cover the pan with a lid and fry in olive oil. Chop garlic and add to onion
  3. Combine all the ingredients with cooked peas in a blender, salt, and blend until pureed
  4. Serve with toast, sprinkled with seeds and topped with chopped tofu
