Ingredients:
- Almond milk - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
- Water - 350 ml (1.5 cup)
- Honey - 21 g (1 tbsp)
- Almond - 5 g (4 pcs)
- Mixed berries, frozen - 90 g
- Millet - 100 g
How to make:
- Combine the millet, water and almond milk in a pan and bring to a boil
- Once the liquid starts boiling, lower the heat to medium and let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, until millet is cooked and most of the liquid has been absorbed
- Add the honey and mix well for 30 seconds. Serve the millet topped with mixed berries (thawed if using frozen) and chopped almonds
