Ingredients:

  • Honey - 3.5 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Walnut - 15 g
  • Greek yogurt, fat-free - 90 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Grapefruit - 340 g
  • Buckwheat - 12 g

How to make:

  1. Cut the grapefruit in half and place under a medium-high grill for 4-5 minutes, or until browned
  2. Drizzle honey on the grapefruit and serve with yoghurt and buckwheat
