Ingredients:

  • Olives - 20 g
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cucumber - 50 g
  • Tomato - 50 g
  • Hummus - 150 g
  • Whole grain crispbread - 40 g

How to make:

  1. Spread the hummus on the crispbread
  2. Chop the vegetables for the salad. Cut the olives in half
  3. Mix the vegetables and olives. Drizzle lemon juice over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste
