Ingredients:

  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Poppy seed - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • Apricot, dried - 30 g
  • Yogurt 2.5%, sugar-free - 200 ml (0.8 cup)
  • Cottage cheese 5% - 200 g
  • Oat flour - 50 g (0.4 cup)

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Mix cottage cheese with slices of banana, chopped dried apricots, and soaked poppy seeds
  2. Put in a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes (you can cook the mixture in a slow cooker)
  3. Serve with yogurt
