Ingredients:
- Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
- Poppy seed - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
- Apricot, dried - 30 g
- Yogurt 2.5%, sugar-free - 200 ml (0.8 cup)
- Cottage cheese 5% - 200 g
- Oat flour - 50 g (0.4 cup)
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Mix cottage cheese with slices of banana, chopped dried apricots, and soaked poppy seeds
- Put in a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes (you can cook the mixture in a slow cooker)
- Serve with yogurt
