Ingredients:

  • Apple - 200 g (1 whole)
  • Raisins - 25 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Almond - 25 g
  • Dill - 20 g (4 tbsp)
  • Allspice - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Whole grain crispbread - 100 g
  • Cottage cheese 5% - 200 g

How to make:

  1. Mix cottage cheese with chopped dill, salt, and pepper
  2. If you don't have crispbread, dry-toast a couple of slices of bread on the grill, in a pan without oil or in a toaster. Spread cottage cheese on the slices of bread and put tomatoes cut into rings on top
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the core from the apple, then add chopped almonds and raisins into the hole and bake for 15 minutes
