Ingredients:

  • Egg - 150 g (3 pcs)
  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 50 g
  • Sesame seeds - 15 g
  • Bell pepper - 100 g
  • Greens - 15 g
  • Whole grain crispbread - 30 g

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oil in a skillet
  2. Chop the vegetables, fry lightly with oil
  3. Beat the egg with a fork with 1 tbsp of water, season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the eggs over the vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with a lid and cook until the eggs are set. Sprinkle with herbs
  4. Serve with crispbread
