Ingredients:
- Chia seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Honey - 7 g (1 tsp)
- Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
- Greek yogurt - 125 ml (0.5 cup)
- Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Walnut - 36 g (9 pcs)
How to make:
- Slice the banana and roughly chop the walnuts. Put the yoghurt, banana and chia seeds into a bowl and stir to combine
- Then sprinkle the ground cinnamon and chopped walnuts on top, and drizzle over the honey. Serve
