Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 45 ml (3 tbsp)
  • Onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
  • Tomato - 80 g (0.5 whole)
  • Sun-dried tomato - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Apple cider vinegar - 20 ml (1.5 tbsp)
  • Avocado - 210 g (1.5 whole)
  • Coriander, chopped - 15 g (3 tbsp)
  • Rocket - 180 g (3 cup)
  • Celery stick - 420 g (7 pcs)
  • Spring onion - 15 g (1 pcs)

How to make:

  1. Put the avocado, onion, tomato, spring onion and coriander leaves in a food processor and pulse until it resembles a smooth paste
  2. Trim the celery sticks
  3. Rince the rocket leaves, combine with the sundried tomatoes, add the oil and vinegar
