Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 25 ml (1.8 tbsp)
  • Onion - 60 g (0.6 whole)
  • Tomato - 130 g
  • Mushroom - 100 g
  • Quinoa, cooked - 140 g
  • King prawn - 260 g
  • Green salad - 200 g (4 cup)

How to make:

  1. Prepare the skewers, skin the king prawns, chop the mushrooms in half, cut the tomatoes and onion into large chunks
  2. Thread the vegetables and king prawns onto the skewers then place them under a medium grill for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through
  3. Cook the quinoa with 2 parts salted water for 25 minutes. When almost cooked, remove from the heat and put the lid on the pan. Leave for 10 minutes, then fluff up with a fork and leave aside to cool slighly
  4. In a small bowl mix the olive oil and lemon juice
  5. Place the skewers on a plate with the salad and quinoa, and drizzle over the salad dressing
