Ingredients:

  • Water - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Sesame seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Lime juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Bell pepper - 60 g (0.3 whole)
  • King prawn - 240 g
  • Cashew nut - 12 g (10 whole)
  • Ginger - 2.5 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Coriander, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Chinese cabbage - 200 g
  • Grape seed oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Shred the cabbage, deseed and slice the bell pepper, peel and slice the onion and grate the ginger
  2. Head a large skillet over a high heat and add the oil and 2 tbsp water, then stir fry the vegetables with the ginger for 5 minutes until softened
  3. Add the prawns and cook until heated through. Squeeze over the lime juice, sprinkle over the sesame seeds and add nuts, fresh coriander to taste
