Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Carrot - 100 g (1 whole)
- Brown rice, cooked - 120 g
- Bell pepper - 60 g (0.5 whole)
- White wine vinegar - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Kalamata olive - 50 g (8 pcs)
- King prawn - 200 g
- Green cabbage - 140 g
How to make:
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions
- Shred the cabbage, peel and grate the carrot, deseed and finely chop the bell pepper, finely chop the celery and chop the olives
- Combine all vegetables in a large bowl and stir in the white wine vinegar and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Grill the king prawns under a medium-high heat, cooking both sides until cooked through. Serve the king prawns with the Mediterranean cabbage salad and rice
