King prawns with Mediterranean Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Carrot - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Brown rice, cooked - 120 g
  • Bell pepper - 60 g (0.5 whole)
  • White wine vinegar - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Kalamata olive - 50 g (8 pcs)
  • King prawn - 200 g
  • Green cabbage - 140 g

How to make:

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions
  2. Shred the cabbage, peel and grate the carrot, deseed and finely chop the bell pepper, finely chop the celery and chop the olives
  3. Combine all vegetables in a large bowl and stir in the white wine vinegar and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Grill the king prawns under a medium-high heat, cooking both sides until cooked through. Serve the king prawns with the Mediterranean cabbage salad and rice
