Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Cauliflower - 100 g
  • Mint leaf - 2 g (2 leaves)
  • Green onion - 50 g
  • Red lentils - 100 g
  • Chicken leg, skin removed - 90 g
  • Salt and other spices (optional) - 0.6 g (1 pinch)

How to make:

  1. Cook the drumstick: bake or boil it. You can use any herbs and spices if you bake it
  2. Cook the lentils until soft
  3. While the lentils are cooking, prepare the sauce: mix the chopped garlic with lemon juice, pepper and oil
  4. Boil the cauliflower for a couple of minutes in lightly salted water
  5. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower
  6. Add 70 g of the cooked drumstick to the lentils with cauliflower
