Ingredients:

  • Parsley - 10 g (2 tbsp)
  • Avocado - 35 g
  • Lentils - 100 g
  • Cauliflower - 230 g
  • Cashew nut - 40 g
  • Dill - 10 g (2 tbsp)
  • Feta cheese - 75 g

How to make:

  1. Boil pre-soaked lentils until tender, but retaining a little bite
  2. Add nuts to the prepared lentils. Season with greens, salt and pepper to taste
  3. Steam cauliflower in the boiled water for 5 minutes, put with lentils, add feta, avocado and mix
