Ingredients:

  • Chili flakes - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Olive oil - 35 ml (2.5 tbsp)
  • Apple cider vinegar - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp)
  • Green beans - 200 g
  • Green salad - 300 g
  • Tofu, marinated - 425 g

How to make:

  1. Trim and steam the green beans
  2. Put them in a bowl with the chili flakes, olive oil and apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper
  3. Mix to combine. Serve the beans with marinated tofu, warmed if preferred
