Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 240 g
  • Soy sauce - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Red pepper - 160 g (1 whole)
  • Garlic clove, minced - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Chinese cabbage - 180 g (3 cup)
  • Grape seed oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Tofu, marinated - 460 g

How to make:

  1. Prepare the vegetables, shred the cabbage, cut the pepper and courgette into chunks, peel mince the garlic
  2. Stir fry the vegetables in 1 tbsp grape seed oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp water
  3. Stir-fry for around 7 minutes, then add the marinated tofu and cook for a further 2 minutes
