Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Parsley, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Tomato - 130 g
  • Red pepper - 130 g
  • Feta cheese - 60 g
  • Rocket - 20 g
  • Chickpeas - 190 g

How to make:

  1. Drain the chickpeas, chop the tomato and red pepper, and finely chop the parsley
