Ingredients:

  • Red onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
  • Olive oil - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Garlic clove - 2 g (0.5 pcs)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Cucumber - 150 g
  • Tomato - 130 g
  • New potato - 110 g
  • Tuna, canned - 150 g
  • Parsley, finely chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Chickpeas - 150 g

How to make:

  1. Boil the new potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, or until cooked. Cut into uniform pieces
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients in jug or jar
  3. Chop the tomato, cucumber and red onion into small pieces and combine with the tuna and new potatoes. Pour the dressing over and season with pepper and extra salt if desired
