Ingredients:
- Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Basil, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
- Walnut - 20 g (5 pcs)
- Olive oil, extra-virgin - 20 ml (1.5 tbsp)
- Lettuce - 80 g (4 leaves)
- Canned tuna, drained - 200 g
- Spring onion, finely chopped - 15 g
- Celery stalk, minced - 120 g
How to make:
- Pour the tuna into a mixing bowl and break the chunks into small pieces using a fork
- Add the finely chopped basil, spring onions, celery and lemon juice. Use a fork to mix the ingredients together
- Add the extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Serve the tuna mixture inside large lettuce leaves with a segment of lemon
