Ingredients:

  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Beefsteak tomato - 180 g
  • Olive oil - 15 ml (3 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Cucumber - 150 g
  • Orange - 160 g (1 whole)
  • Green beans - 350 g
  • Mint, chopped - 25 g (0.5 cup)
  • Pistachio - 30 g

How to make:

  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and leave aside to cool a little
  2. Slice the beef heart tomato in half, drizzle with a little olive oil and salt and grill under a medium-high heat, or cook on a griddle
  3. Finely chop the cucumber and mint. Combine the cucumber and mint with the green beans, then drizzle over the lemon juice and olive oil and scatter over the pistachios
  4. Serve with the grilled tomato and an orange for dessert
