Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 45 ml (3 tbsp)
- Lemon juice - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp)
- Cucumber - 150 g (1 whole)
- Green bell pepper - 160 g (1 whole)
- Tempeh - 366 g
- Green salad - 500 g
How to make:
- Wash the salad and pat dry
- Deseed and slice the pepper, slice the cucumber and chop the tempeh into bite size chunks
- Combine all in a large bowl
- Mix the olive oil and lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Serve
