Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 45 ml (3 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp)
  • Cucumber - 150 g (1 whole)
  • Green bell pepper - 160 g (1 whole)
  • Tempeh - 366 g
  • Green salad - 500 g

How to make:

  1. Wash the salad and pat dry
  2. Deseed and slice the pepper, slice the cucumber and chop the tempeh into bite size chunks
  3. Combine all in a large bowl
  4. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Serve
