Ingredients:

  • Chia seeds - 30 g
  • Strawberry - 100 g
  • Rolled oats - 40 g
  • Greek yogurt, low-fat - 200 ml

How to make:

  1. Pour the oatmeal, chia seeds and nuts into a jar. Mix well
  2. Pour the yogurt over the oatmeal and mix again
  3. Pour the berries into the jar, mix again and leave in the refrigerator overnight
  4. Take out the oatmeal in advance before breakfast
