Ingredients:

  • Cucumber - 100 g
  • Tomato - 50 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 g
  • Oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Blueberry - 50 g
  • Rolled oats - 45 g
  • Mixed nuts - 25 g

How to make:

  1. Cook the oatmeal in water, add the oil and crushed nuts, mix well. Sprinkle with grated parmesan
  2. Eat the vegetables with oatmeal
  3. For dessert – berries
