- Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Apricot - 100 g
- Peach - 130 g
- Cottage cheese, low-fat - 150 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 20 g (2 tbsp)
- Steel cut oats - 80 g
How to make:
- Soak steel cut oats for 20-30 minutes, then boil. If desired, add cinnamon, and vanilla at the end of cooking
- Add oil, chopped peach, apricot, and pumpkin seeds, mix everything together. Top oatmeal with cottage cheese
