Ingredients:

  • Berries of choice - 170 g
  • Banana - 150 g
  • Poppy seed - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • Yogurt 2.5%, sugar-free - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
  • Cottage cheese 5% - 150 g
  • Steel cut oats - 60 g

How to make:

  1. Soak steel cut oats overnight or for a couple of hours, then boil. Add poppy seeds to the oatmeal
  2. Add chopped banana and berries to the oatmeal and mix together
  3. Pour yogurt over the oatmeal and add cottage cheese
