Ingredients:
- Berries of choice - 170 g
- Banana - 150 g
- Poppy seed - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
- Yogurt 2.5%, sugar-free - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
- Cottage cheese 5% - 150 g
- Steel cut oats - 60 g
How to make:
- Soak steel cut oats overnight or for a couple of hours, then boil. Add poppy seeds to the oatmeal
- Add chopped banana and berries to the oatmeal and mix together
- Pour yogurt over the oatmeal and add cottage cheese
