Ingredients:

  • Butter - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Tofu - 100 g
  • Blueberry - 50 g
  • Mixed nuts - 30 g
  • Almond milk, unsweetened - 150 ml
  • Steel cut oats - 110 g

How to make:

  1. Cook the oatmeal in almond milk (you can use water), add butter
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes
  3. Add the tofu and berries to the oatmeal
  4. Sprinkle with chopped nuts
