Ingredients:
- Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
- Almond flour - 35 g (0.3 cup)
- Almond butter - 22 g
- Berries - 60 g
- Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Avocado oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Egg, large - 57 g (1 pcs)
- Paleo baking powder - 2.5 g (0.5 tsp)
How to make:
- Separate the egg whites and whisk them until they form a soft peak. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg yolks, mashed banana, almond flour and baking powder
- Gently fold the whisked egg whites into the banana mixture until combined
- Preheat a skillet, grease with a thin layer of oil. Fry pancakes on both sides
- Serve the pancakes sprinkled with berries and with almond butter added
