Ingredients:

  • Red onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
  • Cucumber - 55 g (0.5 whole)
  • Nori, sheet - 3 g (1 pcs)
  • Sesame seeds - 4 g (1 tsp)
  • King prawn - 170 g
  • Radish - 60 g (10 pcs)
  • Avocado oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Peas - 90 g
  • Snap peas - 50 g (0.5 cup)

How to make:

  1. Slice the onion finely and stir-fry in a little oil until transluscent. Add the king prawns and stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until they have turned pink
  2. Add the sugar snap peas and green peas and stir fry for a further few minutes, adding a little water or oil if necessary
  3. Slice the cucumber and cut the radishes in quarters
  4. Place the stir-fried prawns and onions on one side of the bowl and the cucumber and radishes on the other. Pour over the avocado oil and then top the salad with nori crumbs and sesame seeds
