Ingredients:
- Quinoa - 80 g (0.5 cup)
- Mozzarella - 30 g
- Tofu - 70 g
- Avocado - 50 g
- Radish - 70 g
- Fresh parsley and cilantro - 5 g (1 tbsp)
- Butter 82.5% - 5 g (1 tsp)
How to make:
- Boil quinoa. Add butter to the finished quinoa. Chop avocado, radish, cilantro and parsley (add to taste and if desired). Add mozzarella and tofu
