  • Quinoa - 80 g (0.5 cup)
  • Mozzarella - 30 g
  • Tofu - 70 g
  • Avocado - 50 g
  • Radish - 70 g
  • Fresh parsley and cilantro - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Butter 82.5% - 5 g (1 tsp)
