Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Carrot, grated - 110 g
- Hazelnut - 20 g (14 pcs)
- Lime juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Apple cider vinegar - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Sea salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Red cabbage - 150 g
- Chicken, cooked - 150 g
How to make:
- Shred the red cabbage into a bowl, grate the carrot into the same bowl and stir to combine
- In a separate bowl combine the dressing ingredients with a pinch of sea salt and some freshly ground black pepper
- Pour the dressing over the salad and combine well. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and scatter over the salad
- Serve the salad with cooked chicken pieces
