Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Salmon - 140 g
- Brown rice - 50 g
- Salt and other spices (optional) - 0.3 g (2 pinch)
- Mixed vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, onion) - 160 g
How to make:
- Sprinkle the herbs and spices on the fish and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake until cooked
- Rinse the rice. Cut the carrots, peppers and onions into small cubes
