Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salmon - 140 g
  • Brown rice - 50 g
  • Salt and other spices (optional) - 0.3 g (2 pinch)
  • Mixed vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, onion) - 160 g

How to make:

  1. Sprinkle the herbs and spices on the fish and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake until cooked
  2. Rinse the rice. Cut the carrots, peppers and onions into small cubes
  3. Mix the rice and vegetables, season with salt and pepper to taste, add water
  4. Boil the rice and vegetables, add oil and mix
