Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Corn - 30 g
  • Salmon - 180 g
  • Carrot - 50 g
  • Bell pepper - 50 g
  • Brown rice - 50 g
  • Salt and other spices (optional) - 0.6 g (2 pinch)

How to make:

  1. Season the fish with herbs and spices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake until cooked
  2. Rinse the rice. Cut the carrots, peppers and onions into small cubes
  3. Mix the rice and vegetables, season with salt and pepper, add water
  4. Boil the rice with vegetables
  5. Serve with the fish
