Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Corn - 30 g
- Salmon - 180 g
- Carrot - 50 g
- Bell pepper - 50 g
- Brown rice - 50 g
- Salt and other spices (optional) - 0.6 g (2 pinch)
How to make:
- Season the fish with herbs and spices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake until cooked
- Rinse the rice. Cut the carrots, peppers and onions into small cubes
- Mix the rice and vegetables, season with salt and pepper, add water
- Boil the rice with vegetables
- Serve with the fish
