Ingredients:
- Garam masala - 5 g (1 tsp)
- Cauliflower head - 500 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 30 g (3 tbsp)
- Curly kale, sliced - 60 g (2 cup)
- Coconut - 5 ml (1 tsp)
How to make:
- Slice the cauliflower into 1 1/2 inch thick steaks
- Crush the pumpkin seeds and combine with garam masala, coconut oil and salt and pepper
- Coat the cauliflower steaks with the seed mixture
- Place the steaks on a baking tray, drizzle a little water over the tray and roast in a 180 degree oven for 10 minutes, then flip over and roast for a further 10 mintues or until tender
- Steam the curly kale. Serve and enjoy
