Smoked Salmon, Lettuce Roll-Ups

  • Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Beefsteak tomato - 90 g (0.5 whole)
  • Salmon, smoked - 50 g
  • Olives - 50 g
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Lettuce, leaf - 10 g
  • Dill, finely chopped - 10 g (1 tbsp)
  • Chives, fresh - 6 g (2 tbsp)
  • Avocado, mashed - 105 g (0.75 whole)

How to make:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mashed avocado, dill, lemon juice and salt. Stir until well blended
  2. Place large lettuce leaves on a flat surface. Lay two slices of smoked salmon over each piece of lettuce. Top with thinly sliced tomato, prepared avocado dill spread and cucumber slices. Roll up and tie each with a fresh chive. Serve with olives
