- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Salmon, smoked - 100 g
- Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 260 g
- Cucumber, sliced - 55 g (0.5 cup)
- Romaine lettuce - 100 g
How to make:
- In a small bowl make the dressing, combine the olive oil and lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper
