Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Salmon, smoked - 100 g
  • Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 260 g
  • Cucumber, sliced - 55 g (0.5 cup)
  • Romaine lettuce - 100 g

How to make:

  1. In a small bowl make the dressing, combine the olive oil and lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper
  2. Place the salmon, salad, sliced cucumber and sliced tomato on a plate and drizzle the dressing over the salad and vegetables
