  • Apple - 150 g (1 whole)
  • Walnut - 12 g (3 pcs)
  • Soy yogurt - 150 ml
  • Berries - 35 g
  • Flax seeds - 13 g (1 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Mix the soya yogurt with berries, sprinkle the seeds on top and crush the walnuts on top. Serve with apple
